The Dancer’s Wardrobe Ltd Online Returns Policy Please ensure that you return your item(s) in a re-saleable condition with a copy of your invoice and within 14 days of purchasing. In the original packaging and with labels still attached. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. If you receive faulty goods, you also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
All items returned for an exchange, credit or refund need to be paid at your own cost. We recommend using Royal Mail signed for service to ensure the parcel arrives safely back to us. The Dancer’s Wardrobe Ltd cannot be responsible for parcels sent standard and that get lost in transit.
We cannot accept the return’s if: -Items not in their original condition and packaging -Items returned after 14 days from the original invoice date. -Sale items. -Items that have been worn. -Incorrectly washed garments. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept for return- Tights, underwear, socks, hair nets, hair pins and hair grips.
All returns are quality checked. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our shop and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll exchange, credit or refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days, how long depends on your card issuer. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
